Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of mobile application developers
• Manage the full software development lifecycle for mobile applications
• Champion Agile methodologies and facilitate Scrum ceremonies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience in mobile application development, including 2+ years in a leadership role
• Expertise in .NET MAUI and cross-platform mobile development (iOS and Android)
• Proven track record of managing successful mobile app releases in a production environment
• Strong understanding of Agile Scrum practices
