Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solution Architect who will lead project discovery and solution design.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with pre-sales engagements, including requirements gathering and solution design
• Manage the service review process with the Sales team and maintain service review fields in Salesforce
• Design, document, and communicate architecture and solutions to clients and team members

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• 8+ years of previous technical experience in a technical delivery role
• JavaScript, XML, SQL experience preferred
• Insurance Policy Administration or Billing experience preferred
