Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Consultant, Commercial.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert on the platform and a trusted advisor to customers and internal teams
• Collaborate with Sales to identify customer needs and business processes through in-depth discovery
• Participate in product demonstrations and communicate customer requirements to onboarding and implementation teams

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., SC, AE, SDR, CSM)
• Ability to ask insightful questions to uncover pain points and elicit new ideas
• Skill in translating customer use cases into scalable, value-based solutions
• Proficient in delivering engaging presentations tailored to various stakeholders
