Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Engineer to provide first-level support to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Intake and resolve technical product support requests from customers through various channels
  • Provide quality service and ensure customer inquiries are addressed in accordance with departmental guidelines
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in applicable systems
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience
  • One year of customer service or call center experience
  • Experience with Salesforce, WordPress, and/or Slack is a plus
  • Prior experience in a support or service role within the Automotive, SaaS, or MarTech industries is a plus
  • Ability to work defined shifts, including weekends or later shifts as assigned
