Her College Coach is a mentorship service designed to help high school and college students navigate academics, social life, and major transitions with confidence. We are expanding our services to include sorority recruitment coaching to support Potential New Members (PNMs) during one of the most emotionally charged times of their college journey—rush week.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate, relatable Sorority Recruitment Coach who can provide 1:1 support to PNMs preparing for or currently going through sorority recruitment. The ideal candidate is a former or current sorority member who understands the emotional, social, and logistical aspects of the process and is excited to help others feel more confident and prepared.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide personalized 1:1 coaching via Zoom or phone to PNMs
• Help clients navigate outfit planning, confidence-building, conversation prep, and decision-making
• Offer advice and insight based on personal recruitment experience
• Identify individual concerns and help PNMs manage nerves or insecurities about rush
• Maintain a supportive, encouraging tone while offering honest guidance
• Track client sessions and feedback for improvement
Qualifications:
• Former or current active sorority member (any Panhellenic chapter)
• Preferably held a leadership or executive position within your chapter (e.g., Recruitment Chair, VP, etc.)
• Friendly, empathetic, and excellent at building rapport
• Comfortable discussing both the challenges and positives of the recruitment process
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passionate about mentoring young women during a high-pressure transition
Time Commitment:
Flexible, part-time, based on client load (initially 3–10 hours per week)
Compensation:
Hourly rate or flat rate per client, based on experience
