Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sourcing Financial Manager to provide financial leadership and support to the Supply Chain Sourcing organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and analysis for strategic decision-making
• Collaborate with sourcing teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure compliance
• Prepare and present financial reports, manage budgets, and drive process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Experience in financial modeling, inventory analysis, and cost analysis
• Preferred: MBA or CFA
• Preferred certifications: CPA, CMA, or CFA
