Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Processor to provide quality customer service and manage loan documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze borrower's credit, employment, income, and assets for underwriting
• Assemble and verify the complete loan package and documentation for compliance
• Communicate with stakeholders to obtain necessary documentation and manage the loan pipeline

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years' residential mortgage processing experience
• Experience with Encompass and knowledge of mortgage-related regulations
• Familiarity with DU, LP, Microsoft Office, and Windows
• Strong math and analytical skills
