Spatial Data Strategist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Spatial Data Strategist to support space management and strategic planning through data analysis and dashboard creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Build standard and ad hoc Business Intelligence dashboards
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and determine data reporting needs
• Focus on innovation and improve service delivery based on stakeholder feedback

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Data and Analytics, Computer Science, Corporate Real Estate)
• Seven+ years of experience in a corporate real estate environment
• Advanced skills in Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and Excel
• Basic understanding of Corporate Real Estate and Financial concepts
• Advanced understanding of CAFM/IWMS systems preferred
