Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Education Teacher to join our team in Dallas, TX. This role involves working with students with diverse learning needs, developing individualized education programs (IEPs), and fostering an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to students’ needs.
• Adapt general education curriculum to accommodate various learning styles.
• Provide direct instruction in small groups and one-on-one settings.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and support staff to enhance student success.
• Utilize assessments and data to track student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
• Create a positive, structured, and engaging classroom environment.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal special education regulations.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field.
• Valid Missouri teaching certification in Special Education.
• Experience working with students with disabilities (preferred but not required).
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
• Passion for supporting student development and success.
