Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Accountant to manage general ledger accounting operations and ensure compliance with GAAP standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the integrity of the general ledger through journal entries and account reconciliations
• Lead the monthly close process, including expense accruals and variance analysis
• Oversee accounts payable processes and ensure compliance with company policies

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in public accounting and/or SaaS accounting, with 1-2 years in a Staff role
• Strong understanding of GAAP and month-end close processes; ASC 606 knowledge preferred
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills
