Startup Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Startup Program Manager to lead efforts in engaging and supporting early-stage startups.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the technical and strategic point of contact for startups, ensuring they receive support and value
• Define and evolve the Supabase for Startups program, including onboarding and support offerings
• Attend and run events to network with founders and represent the company as a thought leader

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, technical partnerships, or startup go-to-market functions
• Hands-on technical background with ability to write or read code and debug integration issues
• Strong familiarity with Postgres, Supabase, or other open-source developer tools
• Experience as a former YC founder or early-stage startup operator is preferred
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to evaluate success metrics and drive improvements
