Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Pharmacist - Advisor Medicare.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Medicare Part D members and providers with pharmacy benefit requests
• Ensure accurate case setup, clinical review, and outreach to providers for additional information
• Dispense prescriptions, coordinate clinical services, and resolve orders via EA queue

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year pharmacy experience (retail or hospital preferred)
• Active Pharmacist license in the state of residence
• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm D required
• Able to work independently in a data-entry driven role
• Comfortable using multiple computer applications and dual monitors
