Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Teaching and Instruction.

Key Responsibilities

• Support, supervise, and evaluate teachers to meet school goals and enhance student achievement
• Oversee the delivery of primary service offerings in virtual learning environments
• Monitor instructional service programs and provide feedback on staff performance and student progress

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree
• Valid Professional Certificate in Educational Leadership
• Three or more years of successful teaching experience
• Three or more years in an Assistant Principal or Principal position, or similar experience in a virtual school at a Director level
• Demonstrated experience in supervision, training, and development of teachers
