Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Counsel to join their growing legal team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate various technology-related commercial agreements
• Support complex technology supply transactions and provide legal support in real estate transactions
• Research and analyze legal issues across diverse areas of law to support company operations

Required Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) and active admission to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 3-5 years of relevant legal experience, ideally a mix of law firm and in-house roles
• Experience in the technology sector
• Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills
• High level of integrity and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
