Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Counsel to provide legal support and guidance in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide practical, business-oriented legal advice on various legal and business issues
• Structure, draft, and negotiate complex agreements while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
• Monitor data privacy laws and create standard templates and internal policies to support business scaling

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree, Juris Doctorate, and a current license to practice law in at least one U.S. State
• 3+ years of experience in both a law firm and in-house environment with commercial and operational responsibilities
• Experience with technology agreements relevant to the high-tech industry
• Desire to learn new skills and work on projects in multi-disciplinary teams
