Advise cross-functional teams on legal, compliance, and risk issues related to contracts and operations
Support corporate governance and maintain organizational records and cap table
Required Qualifications
8-15 years of legal experience, focusing on commercial contracts and the SaaS/software industry
Experience as in-house counsel or at a law firm supporting high-growth technology companies
Active bar admission in at least one U.S. state
Familiarity with B2B SaaS commercial transactions and privacy/data security frameworks
