Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensing Paralegal (Remote, Contract, Full-Time).

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain state license applications and renewals for consumer financial services
• Track application statuses, troubleshoot issues, and report to management on application progress
• Monitor licensing deadlines and perform compliance checks to ensure accuracy in NMLS

Required Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of the NMLS System
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 4+ years of experience in corporate compliance and/or regulatory matters
• Proficient in Google (G-suite) products
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
