Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Medical Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze medical records to ensure compliance with clinical standards and policies
• Independently manage and resolve case reviews, including complex cases
• Prepare written justifications for medical necessity decisions and ensure quality standards are met

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited American Medical school or equivalent foreign medical education
• Clinical experience of at least 2 years post-residency is preferred
• Current or retired clean U.S. physician license
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to document clinical rationale effectively
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a standard office environment
