Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Pharmacy Care Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducts inbound and outbound calls for medication adherence and prescription management
  • Completes assignments ensuring productivity standards are met and provides clerical support to clinical staff
  • Responds to escalated inquiries and assists in training new hires
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED or higher
  • 6+ months of administrative support experience
  • 6+ months of experience in a pharmacy/medical/healthcare setting
  • 6+ months of call center experience
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word and Outlook
