Job Summary

A company is looking for a Stop Loss Client Consultant to manage relationships with Stop Loss clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for a focused book of Stop Loss clients, managing the relationship throughout the client lifecycle
  • Oversee the onboarding and management of assigned customer relationships to support business retention
  • Prepare and lead implementation and ongoing meetings, tracking key deliverables and timelines
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of Stop Loss experience
  • Proven ability to engage with clients at a high level and foster strong relationships
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
