• Partner with leadership on strategic expansion into new service areas
• Conduct complex data analysis to generate organizational insights and collaborate with cross-functional partners
• Own the planning and execution of key strategic projects while leading cross-functional partnerships

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of work experience
• MBA or relevant post-graduate degree preferred
• Experience in management consulting, internal strategy, or strategy & operations
• Strong project management skills and ability to work on cross-functional teams
• Prior experience and passion for working closely with healthcare leaders
