Your Role:
Key responsibilities include:
• Participating in client projects with mentorship and support.
• Engaging in national and local learning and networking events.
• Attending lunch and learns, industry spotlights, and training sessions.
• Building a cross-functional professional network.
• Participating in social activities and formal goal setting.
• Receiving guidance from a mentorship team, including a counselor and onboarding advisor.
About You:
Candidates should have:
• Junior or Senior class standing in a four-year institution pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Economics, or STEM field.
• Strong academic credentials with a preferred minimum GPA of 3.2.
• Ability to manage academics with extracurricular activities.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
• Adaptability, strong interpersonal and communication skills, creativity, and self-confidence.
• Team-oriented and collaborative work style.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities and potential.
Compensation & Benefits:
• Estimated compensation range: $25/hour for Colorado-based roles.

Training & Development:
