Key Responsibilities

• Lead performance analysis across member communities to support member experience initiatives
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and monitor performance, providing insights on trends and opportunities
• Produce and present executive-level performance reports and data-driven campaign suggestions

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of related work experience
• Strong experience with data querying, analysis, and summarization
• Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, or equivalent data visualization software
• Experience with Microsoft Office PowerPoint and Excel
• Ability to lead projects autonomously with a growth mindset
