Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Engineer to deliver consistent customer value and resolve technical issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve, triage, or escalate customer workflow issues by diagnosing platform/infrastructure vs. user code problems
  • Drive retention and increase adoption by developing knowledge of customers' business objectives and technical solutions
  • Collaborate with various teams to represent the voice of the customer and maintain customer-facing documentation
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in Data or Software Engineering with knowledge of public cloud technologies and ML/data infrastructure
  • Strong Python programming skills; Go experience is a plus
  • Experience supporting both SMB and enterprise customers with infrastructure products and solutions
  • Familiarity with machine learning solutions, MLOps, and data orchestration trends
  • Understanding of data processing and ML infrastructure components
