Support Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Software Engineer to maintain and enhance technology solutions for restaurants.

Key Responsibilities

• Enhance software by building internal tools to improve customer support and optimize workflows
• Support engineering partners by troubleshooting issues and serving as a liaison between departments
• Assist in diagnosing platform issues and provide technical support and bug fixes

Required Qualifications

• A degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional software development experience
• Proficiency in Ruby on Rails and JavaScript/React with 1+ years of professional experience
• Experience writing automated tests using RSpec or similar frameworks
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with databases and ability to retrieve data via a Rails Console
