Job Summary

A company is looking for a Surgical Coder.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support for coding and health information management operations within the revenue cycle
• Identify, analyze, and resolve operational issues related to accounts receivable and cash flow
• Collaborate with various departments to enhance patient experience and maximize revenue

Required Qualifications

• Five years or more of relevant experience preferred; Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or management desirable
• Health Care Certification (e.g., CHAM, CHAA, FHFMA) is a plus
• Extensive knowledge of professional fee revenue cycle or healthcare finance/operations preferred
• Experience in revenue cycle operations and health information management preferred
• Strong presentation skills and familiarity with computerized applications are essential
