SVP Financial Reporting

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Vice President, Head of Financial Reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the preparation and consolidation of financial statements in compliance with various accounting principles and regulations
  • Lead teams responsible for financial reporting and analysis, ensuring accuracy and compliance across multiple jurisdictions
  • Collaborate with various departments to enhance financial reporting processes and ensure timely financial close


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; MBA or CPA (or equivalent) required
  • 15+ years of progressive financial management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
  • Extensive knowledge of (re)insurance industry accounting principles and financial reporting standards
  • Proven experience in M&A, investor reporting, and regulatory financial reporting
  • Strong proficiency in financial software and general ledger systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
