Key Responsibilities

  • Lead talent acquisition projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful execution and communication of changes
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition with a progression in responsibility
  • 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations or similar role focused on process and technology optimization
  • Advanced understanding of recruiting systems and technology integration
  • Experience in configuring and implementing new processes within CRM systems and other TA technologies
