Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who excels in a fast-paced environment to support their Human Resources Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Become a subject matter expert to provide candidates with accurate information about the company and open positions
• Collaborate with HR partners to review and vet requisitions before recruitment begins
• Sort and review resumes, extend offers of employment, and assist with onboarding processes

Required Qualifications

• BS degree in Human Resources or a related field
• 2+ years of related recruitment experience
• Experience with high volume, non-exempt recruiting preferred
• Familiarity with ATS software and resume databases
• Basic knowledge of labor laws
