Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who excels in a fast-paced environment to enhance their Human Resources Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert to provide candidates with accurate information about the company and open positions
• Collaborate with HR partners to ensure requisitions are properly reviewed before recruitment begins
• Manage the posting of positions on the company website and external job boards, and extend offers to successful candidates

Required Qualifications

• BS degree in Human Resources or a related field
• 2+ years of related recruitment experience
• Experience with high volume, non-exempt recruiting preferred
• Familiarity with ATS software and resume databases, preferably Workday
• Basic knowledge of labor laws
