Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage recruitment strategies and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in developing and executing recruitment strategies in collaboration with management
  • Utilize various recruiting avenues to attract top talent and maintain a talent pipeline
  • Evaluate candidate qualifications and assist in the selection process, providing guidance to hiring managers
Required Qualifications:
  • Must be eligible to obtain a U.S. Government SECRET / TOP SECRET Clearance
  • Previous experience recruiting within the Federal Government and/or Federal Contracting space
  • Bachelor's Degree or 4 additional years of relevant experience
  • 3 to 5 years of recruiting experience, including technical and proposal recruiting
  • Knowledge of Federal Government security clearances and IT-related terms
