Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support strategic recruitment efforts across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for a range of roles, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing the offer process
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates using job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align recruiting strategies
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, or related field
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience sourcing and hiring for clinical or healthcare-related roles preferred
  • Familiarity with ATS systems, Boolean search techniques, and sourcing tools
  • Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices
