Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct requirements gathering, gap analysis, and support sessions with customers
• Work with product engineers on customer use cases and feedback
• Establish and maintain system configurations and provide expertise on product integrations

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of enterprise-level experience in Revenue and Finance solutions
• Experience in customer-facing solution delivery within a professional services organization
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business preferred
• Experience with ERP, Order to Cash, Billing, and/or CRM solutions is a plus
• Proficiency in SQL, PLSQL, or another programming language
