Technical Integration Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Integration Specialist (Solutions Architect) to onboard new customers and ensure seamless integration of their systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of contact for customers, defining success plans and ensuring clear communication throughout their post-sale journey
• Guide customers in leveraging the platform based on best practices and technical knowledge, while building in-depth relationships to understand their business goals
• Lead multiple implementation projects, translating business requirements into technical specifications and providing troubleshooting assistance as needed

Required Qualifications

• Experience in the e-commerce space with familiarity in platforms such as Shopify, Big Commerce, or Woo Commerce
• Proficiency in ERP configuration, customization, and integrations
• Ability to work with APIs for data integration and knowledge of JSON and JavaScript
• Experience with system logs interpretation for issue diagnosis
• Familiarity with AI tools is a plus
