Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Program Manager to oversee and enhance their Private Academy offering for Premier Support customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for dbt Private Academy customers, managing communication and delivery throughout the program lifecycle
• Manage timelines and customer engagement across 100+ accounts, ensuring a seamless experience
• Analyze usage and satisfaction data to report on program health and identify opportunities for improvement

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in program or project management in a customer-facing, SaaS, or education environment
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Experience improving processes and scaling operations
• Comfortable working in fast-paced or ambiguous environments
• Proven ability to solve operational challenges with a focus on customer experience
