Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand technical staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies
  • Source, engage, and screen candidates for technical roles
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiations
Qualifications
  • 8-10 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in high-growth environments
  • Proven ability to source and close technical talent across various disciplines
  • Experience managing multiple requisitions with a focus on quality and speed
  • Workday Recruiting experience is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search
