A company is looking for a Technical Support Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Shopify merchants with advanced ecommerce tracking and behavior analytics
• Troubleshoot and resolve tracking discrepancies across various platforms
• Document best practices and provide training and support as needed

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in ecommerce behavior analytics tracking
• Strong proficiency in Google Tag Manager, Shopify backend, GA4, and Facebook Business Manager
• Solid understanding of ecommerce tracking principles focused on behavioral analytics
• Technical skills including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Experience analyzing large datasets
