Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve complex technical issues and serve as an escalation point for other engineers
  • Assist in developing readiness programs and contribute to product/process improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and influence business integration strategies


Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of technical support, consulting, or IT experience, or a Bachelor's Degree in a related field with 5+ years of experience
  • 4+ years of technical support engineering experience with Epic or equivalent healthcare systems
  • Ability to meet security screening requirements upon hire and every two years thereafter
  • Microsoft Technology Certifications are preferred
  • Experience with operating systems, DBMS query languages, and cloud/networking solutions is advantageous
