A company is looking for a Technical Support Representative French - PART-TIME.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer requests for IT technical services in a call center environment
  • Screen and handle calls, typing and entering information into a database while assisting customers
  • Recognize, research, isolate, and resolve information system problems, escalating issues as necessary
Required Qualifications
  • Proficient in French
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in technical support or education in IT
  • Experience with iOS, Android, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and networking
  • A+, Net+, or Help Desk Tech Certification is a plus, but not required
