Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-class customer service/support via various communication channels
  • Triage inbound customer communications and manage ticket processing and escalation
  • Assist with setup/configuration of POS terminals and provide technical support for payment processing issues
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of industry experience in call center or customer support roles
  • 2+ years of experience in the card payment industry or payment processing with POS terminal technical experience
  • Experience with TSYS, Fiserv, or related payment processing systems preferred
  • Experience in call center environments in the payments industry preferred
