Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to provide payments-related technical support services and ensure superior client experience in payment processing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-class customer support via various communication channels
  • Triage and manage inbound customer communications and technical support tickets
  • Assist with setup/configuration of POS terminals and provide troubleshooting support
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in a call center or customer support role
  • 2+ years of experience in the card payment industry or payment processing with POS technical experience
  • Experience with TSYS, Fiserv, and payment processing preferred
  • Experience in call center environments in the payments industry preferred
