Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding
  • Proactively identify and engage potential candidates through various channels to build a talent pipeline
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5+ years in a Talent Acquisition or Recruiting role, preferably in cybersecurity or technology
  • Strong understanding of the cybersecurity industry, particularly ransomware protection
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools
  • Experience conducting technical and behavioral interviews effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred)
