Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Team Lead (Java) to provide leadership for a team developing Java applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers and testers
• Support complex problem-solving and facilitate collaboration with other teams and stakeholders
• Ensure cohesive team efforts and suggest process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus at least 10 years of work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• At least 5 years of experience developing Java applications and associated frameworks
• At least 1 year of experience leading a technical team
• At least 3 years of experience working in a story-based Agile team development environment
• Experience with CI/CD tools and developing against relational databases
