Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Writer to document and optimize IT systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Document applications, processes, and procedures in collaboration with various stakeholders
• Develop and maintain standardized templates for documentation and identify gaps in existing materials
• Transform disparate documentation into standardized formats and assist in onboarding new team members

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Technical Writing
• Proficient in Microsoft Applications and diagramming software, especially Miro
• Experience with ServiceNow and understanding of fundamental cloud concepts
• Experience working in a highly regulated industry
