Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Writer (Contract).

Key Responsibilities

• Create technical product documentation articles in collaboration with the Engineering team
• Implement a maintenance project for the knowledge base, including updating user guides and collaborating with Product and Design teams
• Write, edit, and publish content in the content management system and conduct weekly check-ins with the Content Design team

Required Qualifications

• Experience with technical documentation writing for software products
• Proven ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly for a non-technical audience
• Experience in content strategy, content design standards, and information architecture
• Comfortable editing and publishing in a content management system
