As a Telechat or Phone Chat Support for Strata Information Technology, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be providing exceptional customer service and technical support through phone and chat channels. You will assist our clients with troubleshooting technical issues, answering product-related questions, and providing product demonstrations and tutorials.
Key Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries and concerns through phone and chat channels in a timely and professional manner.
– Provide technical support by identifying and troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
– Educate customers on our products and services through product demonstrations and tutorials.
– Document and track customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM software.
– Collaborate with team members to improve customer support processes and procedures.
– Stay up-to-date with new product features, updates, and industry trends in the tech world.
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in a related field preferred.
– Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or technical support.
– Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Ability to remain calm and patient while solving customer issues.
– Knowledge of basic networking, software installation, and troubleshooting preferred.
– Familiarity with CRM software.
