Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employee Benefits Marketing Analyst to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze market trends to design and implement innovative strategies for sales teams and clients
• Lead negotiation of coverages and pricing while managing the carrier bidding process
• Coordinate the renewal process by preparing and releasing RFPs, gathering claims data, and reviewing carrier quotes

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and experience
• 3-5 years' prior broker experience working with large employers with 100+ employees
• Ability to obtain a Tennessee Life and Health License within 90 days of employment
• Proficient with MS Office & Excel
• Prior broker experience with large employers with 1,000 or more (preferred)
