Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, test, and deploy software applications in lab and production environments
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure seamless onboarding of software applications
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for specified software applications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in application support, installation, and configuration
• Experience with software products used for configuration and troubleshooting of electrical infrastructure devices
• Experience with installing, testing, and deploying software and configuring protocols (e.g., ICCP, OPC-UA, API)
• Proficiency in installing and configuring software applications (ideally Blueframe, Zenon, Synchrowave)
