Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Sourcing and Contracts Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the sourcing and contracting of products, equipment, and services, collaborating with end-users and managing compliance
• Prepare and execute the procurement lifecycle, ensuring timely management of sourcing timelines and contract documents
• Review contracts for terms and compliance, and interact with legal on contract language in accordance with company policies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in science, healthcare, or business-related field
• 4 years of experience in contract administration, purchasing, and sourcing
• Strong knowledge in reviewing legal contracts, terms, and conditions
• Certified Texas Contracts Manager (CTCM) and Certified Texas Contract Developer (CTCD) within 1.5 years
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
