Texas Licensed Labor Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Attorney, Principal - Labor & Employment Law.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal advice on a range of employment law issues to HR and business leaders
• Draft and review employment-related documents and oversee employment-related certifications
• Manage employment disputes and litigation matters, including coordinating with outside counsel

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate with excellent academic credentials from an accredited law school
• Active bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 5+ years of experience in employment law counseling and litigation
• Prior experience as in-house counsel preferred
• Expertise in U.S. federal and state employment laws and regulations
